When you view web pages written in a foreign language, Google Chrome will automatically offer to translate the pages. To disable the translation, follow the instructions in the article.
How To Disable the Translation of Websites in Foreign Languages
Open Google Chrome.
Click the "Customize and control Google Chrome" button > "Settings".
Click on "+ Show advanced settings" and scroll to "Languages".
Uncheck "Offer to translate pages that aren't in a language your read".
