Windows XP - Bypass activation after a recovery or reinstalltion

If you want to reinstall of perform a recovery for Windows XP, without having to reactive your OS later on, here's a small tip:
  • Go to C:\ WINDOWS\ SYSTEM32
  • Backup wpa.dbl and wpa.bak files on floppy
  • Reinstall your Windows XP and then start your PC in Safe-mode
  • Copy back these 2 files at their original location and restart your PC.
