Disable the Windows Mobility Center shortcut

Pressing the Windows + X key will launch the Windows Mobility Center

To disable this key combo:
  • Open the registry (Start > Run > regedit)
  • Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer
  • In the right pane double click on "NoWinKeys" and set its value to "1"
  • Close the registry and restart your PC
