Since I have the Sims 3 game, I've been trying to subscribe to the community.

But when I click on the "register" (knowing that I put all the correct information..) I was told that I can not register according to the information entered, so I would like to know what the problem is?

Solution

It is not specified, but people aged 13 or less , can't join the SIM 3 community.
