MacOSX Lion - Unable to launch Java application

Issue

I'm unable to launch any Java application under my newly installed MacOSX Lion?

Solution

  • It is simply because, MacOSX Lion doesn't integrate Java Runtime by default.
  • Go to this link http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1421
  • Download Java for OS X Lion
  • Close your browser and install it.
