Touchpad is disabled when mouse is connected


Issue


Each time I connect my USB mouse to my laptop, the touchpad is disabled. Is there a way I can have both device working.

Solution


Go to the Control Panel > Mouse > Toucpad > Uncheck "Disable when external USB mouse is connected".
  • Click on OK to validate.
