Excel - Using SUMIF function with two criteria

Issue

I want to use the "SUMIF" of Excel for when two criteria are met:

I want to sum column C if column D = "FR" and the column E = "GSA"

Solution

Use this array formula
=SUM((D1:D65535="FR")*(E1:E65535="GSA")*(C1:C65535))

To be validated with CTRL + SHIFT + ENTER.

Thanks to gbinforme for this tip.
