When I try to connect to iTunes store the following dialog opens up: "iTunes could not connect to the iTunes store, make sure your network connection is active and try again". What can be done to solve this issue?
- Right-click on the Internet Explorer icon, the click Properties > Connections > LAN settings .
- In that window uncheck all the options, if you notice any option selected.
- If the problem persists, then click on the below link and follow the instructions from this link http://support.apple.com/kb/TS3297.
