I have a problem with my Samsung Wave II s8530. When I connect it to my PC (using the data cable).
Samsung Kies displays the following status "Connecting ..." for several minutes several minutes and then disconnects.
It act as if my mobile does not exist.
You need to update the driver for your mobile phone. You can do it via the Samsung kies interface or manually launch the process:
- Go to: Program Files (x86)\Samsung\Kies\USB Driver
- Double-click to launch: SAMSUNG_USB_Driver_for_Mobile_Phones.exe
