Samsung Galaxy S4 - Disable Predictive Text

T9 (Text on 9 keys) was introduced in 1999. Since then, this feature can be found on almost every mobile phone. Android phones also feature a similar auto-correction feature. This can be annoying for some users. To disable this feature:
  • From the Home-screen, press Menu button > Settings
  • Go to the My Device tab and scroll to Language and input.
  • Tap on Samsung Keyboard.
  • Turn off "Predictive Text"
