When you send emails with no attachments under Outlook.com, a small notication will be displayed. To disable this feature, proceed as follows:
- Sign-in to your Outlook.com account.
- From the Outlook.com home-screen, click on Settings > More Mail settings.
- Go to Writing email > Attachments
- Under "Forgotten attachment reminders", select "Send mail without checking for forgotten attachments".
