Windows 8.1 update is not available in the Windows Store!



Windows 8 users have the ability to update to Windows 8.1 for free. However in some cases the update doesn't appear in the Windows Store.
Here's how to fix this issue:
You can try to clear and reset the Windows Store cache in order to view the latest content.
  • Open the Run tab.
  • Type the following command: WSReset.exe
  • Click on OK.
  • Restart your PC
  • Open the Windows Store and search for Windows 8.1 update.

Open the Control Panel > Windows Update.
  • Search for the KB2871389 in the Optional update section and install it.
  • Windows 8.1 is now available in the Windows Store.
  • Restart your PC
  • Open the Windows Store and search for Windows 8.1 update.
