Windows 8.1 - Enable speech recognition at startup




You can configure Windows to automatically launch the speech recognition feature at startup. The procedure is as follows:
  • Open the Control panel > Speech Recognition.
  • Click on "Advanced speech options".
  • In the "User Settings" section, check "Run Speech Recognition at startup".
