Make a robotic voice with Audacity

Audacity is an audio recording and editing software which can run on almost all of the major operating systems. The Audacity software can be easily downloaded from the internet. One can use this software to create a variety of audio effects such as creating a robotic voice. For this, the user would need to select the relevant settings for distance, vocoder, amplitude, radar amplitude and radar frequency. Once the relevant settings are chosen only then will the user be able to create his/her own robotic voice.

To have a robot voice, just use Audacity:
  • Set distance 1
  • Set the number of band vocoder to maximum
  • Adjust the amplitude original audio to 0
  • The amplitude of the noise depends on what is desired (set to 0 to start)
  • Set radar amplitude to maximum
  • Set radar frequency to maximum
