If the stripes are present on the recorded video it simply means that the video saved on your camcorder has not the same frequency that the one displayed on your screen, t(he computer screen or the television normally have a higher frequency. The solution: Lower frequency manually from your computer screen to 50 hertz. Some camcorders are equipped with the function "Clear Scan" which can also reduce the phenomenon.
