Adobe Reader XI - How to add notes and comments to a PDF file

The latest version of Adobe Reader gives you access to several tools to add notes and comments to your PDF files. Here's an overview of the new features.
  • Right-click on where you want to add the comment > Add a sticky note.
  • Click on the small yellow text bubble icon and write down your text.

  • NB: Click and hold the bubble icon to drag it to across your PDF file.
  • Select text
  • Right-click > Add Note to Replace Text

  • Insert your text

  • Select text
  • Right-click > Highlight

  • The selected text will be highlighted in yellow.
  • Select text
  • Right-click > Add Note to Text

  • The selected text will be highlighted in yellow and upon hovering your mouse cursor over the latter, the note will be displayed:
