It is recommended that you turn off the low bitrate recording mode of WeChat in the event that you are having issues sending audio messages. To turn off this feature:
- Launch WeChat
- Go to the Me tab.
- Tap on Settings (cog icon).
- Tap on General.
- Toggle Low-bitrate Recording off.
