How to recover a suspended Twitter account
Your Twitter account has been suspended and you don't know why? Don't worry, this article aims to explain how to recover it!
The first step is to determine why your account has been suspended:
- Breaching the rules on Twitter.
- Twitter thinks that your account has been hacked or compromise, and is currently investigating.
- There is also a possibility that an error has occurred and that you have been unfairly suspended.
For all the above scenarios, there is but one solution: Make an appeal to recover your Twitter account.
We recommend that you start your claim immediately, to restore your account as soon as possible and thus avoid losing followers.
You can make the the appeal by completing a form from this link: https://support.twitter.com/forms/general?subtopic=suspended
Twitter will require some personal identification data such as your phone number or email address.
After submitting the appeal, you will receive an email from Twitter, telling you the possible reasons why your account was suspended and will proceed to further investigation. You simply have to wait for Twitter to re-activate your account!
