How Subscribe to an RSS Feed on Safari

Ask a question
This article explains how to easily subscribe to RSS feeds with the Safari web browser on Mac OS X Yosemite. The procedure is simple, and the best part is that you won't need to download extra software or browser extension.

Open Safari and go to the webpage of your choice. Click on the Share button located next to the Address bar. If the selected website offers a subscription (RSS feed, Atom feed, web feed, news feed...) then the Add Website to Shared Links option will be displayed.

Click on the Add Website to Shared Links option, followed by the Add button.

Articles from the selected website are automatically added to the Shared Links section of Safari (Safari Toolbar > Sidebar button > Shared Links).
