This quick tip will walk you through the steps to enable
call forwarding in
Skype. In doing so, Skype will gain the ability to forward incoming calls to a landline, mobile phone number, or to another Skype account when you are away from your PC.
How To Forward Calls with Skype
Open
Skype and click on
Tools >
Options. Go to the
Calls section >
Call forwarding >
Call forwarding options:
Tick the

By default, unattended calls will be forwarded after a 15 second delay. You can adjust this delay by changing the value (in seconds) for
Forward calls if I do not answer within [ ] seconds.
You can add additional phone numbers or Skype accounts to handle forwarded calls by clicking on
Add more phone numbers:
Once everything is set up, click on
Save to apply your new settings.
N.B. Call forwarding made to another Skype account is free. But if you'd like to enable this feature over a mobile or landline network, you'll need to
