Disable Your Webcam on Windows 10

Windows 10 allows users to designate which installed applications can have access to a user webcam. If you'd like to restrict access to your PC webcam, you may do so in just a few quick steps. Click on Start > Settings > Privacy. Move the Camera section> Choose apps that can use your camera. You will see a list of all the apps that have access to your webcam. Select an app and toggle the switch Off to revoke its access to your webcam:

You can also disable this option for all your installed apps (including the ones you will install in the future). Toggle the Let apps use my camera option Off:

N.B. The new settings apply to your user account only.
