  • Click on Start Button, open "Control Panel"
  • Open "Device Manager"
  • Expand "Disk Drives"
  • Select your hard drive and right click
  • Select "Properties"
  • Click on the "Policies" tab
  • Check "Enable Write Caching on disk" and "Enable Advanced Performance"
  • Click "Ok"
