This procedure will restore the web browser to its default settings, removing any and all previously-set customization options or add-ons. This will not affect your personal data.

and click on Refresh Firefox
A warning message will be displayed. Click on Refresh Firefox
Firefox will restart. Once it begins running again, it will automatically restore your browsing data, saved passwords, bookmarks, windows, and tabs:
Click on Finish
to finalize the reset.
