How To Refresh Firefox

Firefox offers a number of customization options and add-ons that allow users to tweak the browser to meet their specific needs. Unfortunately, however, this may sometimes result in random slowdowns and crashes that require a reset of the internet browser.

This procedure will restore the web browser to its default settings, removing any and all previously-set customization options or add-ons. This will not affect your personal data. Open Firefox and type
into the address bar. Press Enter.

In the page that opens, navigate to Give Firefox a tune up and click on Refresh Firefox:

A warning message will be displayed. Click on Refresh Firefox to proceed:

Firefox will restart. Once it begins running again, it will automatically restore your browsing data, saved passwords, bookmarks, windows, and tabs:

Click on Finish to finalize the reset.

A few words of thanks would be greatly appreciated.
