How To Disable Geotagging on Android

The Google+ app provides a simple way to strip geo tags from the media files uploaded from your Android device. This article will explain how to disable location tagging on your photos and videos. Go to Apps, open Google + and then tap on the Menu button > Settings.

Next, go to Account settings and tap on your username. Tap on Photos and Videos Shared on Google+ and clear the checkbox that reads, Show geo location by default on newly shared albums. You can change this setting per album:
