Excel - How to merge several rows into a single one

Issue



In my Excel sheet , I have Names in row A and address in B, I want to merge both of them in as singe row?

Solution


Suppose the data starts from row no. 2, with row 1 having the column headings:
  • in C2 or any empty cell in the same row copy this formula
  • =A2&" "&B2
  • Copy c2 down
