How To Enable TravelPass with Verizon

Ask a question
If you're planning on traveling abroad, consider opting for Verizon's TravelPass. TravelPass is a service that allows you to use your plan's text, call, and data allowances while in a country outside of the U.S. This option, which is available in over 130 countries, helps you to avoid the usual costly fees for international use. Before beginning the activation process, refer to the TravelPass coverage list to ensure that your destination is covered and to find out the applicable rates.

Activating Verizon's International TravelPass

To activate TravelPass on your Verizon device, go to the Verizon website, click Sign In in the upper-right corner of the screen, then select My Account to log in. If you do not yet have a My Verizon account, you can also create one by selecting the Register, button located under the login field.

Once you have logged in, select Features in the menu on the left, then find the TravelPass switch. Here, you can control your TravelPass settings by modifying the switch: when it is green, the service is active on your account; when it is gray, the service is inactive on your account.
