If you’re using AT&T
as your wireless service provider, the company offers several ways to view and pay your bill
without the need to visit a store. This article will explain how to pay your AT&T wireless bill online, with the myAT&T mobile app, by calling, or by sending a text message.
Pay Online or with the App
With AT&T, you can access your myAT&T account online or via the mobile app. Both will allow you to pay your bill.
To pay online, go to the AT&T website
and log into your account. Find the Make a Payment
section, select your Payment Method
, and then, click Continue
. On the summary page that opens, select Submit
to make the payment.
To pay from the myAT&T app, select Pay bill
after logging in. Select your Payment Method
, then Continue
to pay your bill.

Call to Pay Your Bill
If you would like to call to pay your bill, it’s important to have your bill in hand. You will likely be asked to verify your account details for security. If you are calling from your mobile phone, you can dial 611
; if you are calling from another line, call 1-800-331-0500
If you have already saved your payment preferences on your myAT&T account, you can also dial *PAY
. After the prompt, press 1
to pay with the bank account registered to your profile or 2
to pay via a different credit/debit card.
AT&T also offers the option to pay via text message with TXT-2-PAY. With this option AT&T will sent you an account statement via SMS 6 days before your due date. To pay your bill, simply reply to the message and your payment will be made with your preferred payment method.
