To file and track a claim for a mobile phone or tablet visit the Phone Claim site or call 1-800-584-3666 to contact Asurion Customer Care.

Approved Sprint Insurance Claims

If the claim is approved, you are still required to pay the deductible noted in your insurance contract. This varies by phone model. Replacement devices are refurbished and are guaranteed to be the same as the original device or similar, in terms of features and functionality.
