How To Enroll For AT&T Device Protection

New AT&T customers have 30 days following the activation of their AT&T device to enroll in a protection plan. Currently, AT&T offers three options: AT&T Mobile Insurance, AT&T Mobile Protection Pack, and AT&T Multi-Device Protection Pack. For additional details on each, visit AT&T’s Device Protection Page. This article will explain how to add a device protection plan online. However, this can also be done in an AT&T store when you purchase your device.

Sign Up For AT&T Device Protection Online

To get started, go the My AT&T login page and log in with your account credentials. Next, find the Account Overview section, and select My Wireless. Locate and select the Device that you want to manage, and select Get features for your device. Click Device protection, and select the protection plan that you would like. Complete the remaining steps to confirm your enrollment in the selected protection plan.

N.B. Make sure to keep track of your device purchase receipt. This is often required while filing a claim.
