customer, you have the option to set a passcode and a password associated to your account. All AT&T customers have a passcode, which is a 4-to-8-digit code used to secure their accounts. The AT&T password is used to access your My AT&T account online or via the app. Continue reading to learn how to change your AT&T account passcode
Change Your AT&T Passcode Online
If you remember your password and simply would like to create a new one, go to the My AT&T
login page and enter your account information to access your account. Find the Wireless passcode
section, and click Get a new passcode
. Follow the instructions that appear, and click Submit
to register the new passcode.
If you’re unable to log in to your account, go to the My AT&T
login page and enter your details to access the account. On the next page, select Forgot passcode?
. Follow the instructions that appear to finish resetting your password.
