How To Add Spectrum Mobile Service

If you’re an existing Spectrum internet customer and would like to add mobile service to your plan, it’s easy to do so online without visiting a store. In order to qualify, the company requires that you have an existing Spectrum account, meet the credit requirements, sign up for Auto Pay, and that you purchase a new Spectrum Mobile device. Keep reading to learn how to get started.

N.B. You can purchase a new Spectrum Mobile device while singing up online and a have it shipped to your home address.

Add Mobile Service with Spectrum Online

To add mobile service, go to the Spectrum Mobile site and select Products. On the following screen, you will be guided to select your device and, then, your desired plan. Next, log in to your account with your account details, and then, enter your billing and shipping address. Review the order summary, and approve to complete you order. If you have any difficulty, you can search for a Spectrum Store location near you or call customer service.
