allows customers to set data notifications
to better track their usage against their plan. These notifications will be sent to the email address registered on your account and can be managed online or from the Spectrum Mobile app. To get started, follow the instructions below.
Set Data Notifications Online
To set your data notifications online, go to the Spectrum Mobile
website and log in with your account details. Go to Manage Account
, and then, click Settings
. Go to the Notifications
section, and then, click Edit Notification
. Follow the guide that appears, and click Save
to finalize your change.
Set Data Notification from the Spectrum App
To set a data notification from the Spectrum Mobile app, open it and go to Settings
. In the menu that opens, find the Data Notifications
section. Here, you can enable notifications to track your usage.
