Link Your Aadhaar Card with Mobile Phone Number
Thanks to the digitization of government services, your Aadhaar card number can be linked with your mobile phone number online.
To link your Aadhaar card with your phone number, go to the UIDAI official site
and enter your 12-digit Aadhaar card number, email address, and phone number in the Aadhaar Number
, and Mobile
Fill in the CAPTCHA code in the Enter Security Code
box, and click Get One Time Password
You will receive a one-time password on your phone by text message. Enter the code in the corresponding box, and click the Verify OTP
to complete the process:
If you do not receive a message saying that you've completed the process, the system will respond with the error message Your Mobile/Email is not enrolled in our records. Update your Mobile/Email
If you are unable to complete the process online, you will need to go to one of your telecom provider's locations and have the process carried out by a customer service provider. There, you will need to present your Aadhaar card.
