Apply for a PAN Card Online
To apply for a PAN card online, start by visiting the NSDL
website. Then, open the permanent account number (PAN) application form:
N.B. Before filing in the application form, you will need scanned copies of all of the required documents. The most important among these is the proof of identity, which can take the form of a scanned copy of your passport, driver's license, Aadhaar card, photo ration card, or any government-issued proof of identity. For proof of residency, you can provide a copy of a water bill, electricity bill, home tax bill, or a passport issued by a bank or the post office, as long as it contains your address.
Select
New PAN Card-Indian Citizen under
Application Type. Then, enter all of the relevant information in the boxes that follow:

The department will then, process the application and deliver the PAN card to the address mentioned in the form.
