How to Reduce the ink rate under Photoshop?

  • The ink rate on the photos and changes in Photoshop. Here's how to change it:
  • Open the image and switch to RGB (Image> Mode> RGB Color)
  • Go to Edit> Color> (the first box workspaces) CMYK> Custom CMYK (top)> Limit the total ink> 280
  • Set the image back to CMYK.

It is then possible to alter the ink rate images with Information tab. To do this, click on the eyedropper tool in the box at the top left of the workspace. Then, just activate the total ink.
