Livebox - WiFi connection

Before you can connect via WiFi over the SSID network of the Livebox, it must put set in association mode.
This means that we must associate the MAC address of the WiFi network card in your PC with the Livebox.
  • A small security features that comes by default, as each network card has an identifier unique MAC address. *The association terms means that the Livebox creates a list of MAC addresses of network adapters that allow you to connect to your WiFi network.
  • Association mode is commonly related to Sagem and Thomson/Inventel models.
  • With the recent ones, it is no longer necessary to do so, you can directly connect a computer or device by entering wireless security key.
