If, for example, you are an Apple user, but you have to use the Google Calendar for work, you might be wondering about how to join them and see all the events in both calendars. Don’t worry, this is doable: you can sync your calendars within 5 minutes. To do so, follow the instructions below:
1. On your Apple device, go to Settings > Calendar > Accounts and select Add Account. Choose Google (or Outlook calendar/Yahoo! Calendar or any other service you use) and sign in to your account.
2. Next, turn on the Calendars toggle so sync your calendars and tap on Save. Wait a minute while the calendars are synchronizing.
3. Finally, open your Apple calendar and you’ll see your Google calendar events in it.
If you have several calendars linked to one Google account, you are not obliged to sync all of them. You can choose any of them. To do so, go to the Google Calendar sync page and check mark just the ones you’d like to sync.
Finally, press the Save button in the lower right corner. Then, refresh your Apple calendar.
