Is it possible to display a background Bitmap pic on explorer toolbars?

Solution


This tweak allows you to choose a bitmap image to display as the background for the explorer toolbars.

Open your registry and find the key below:
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Toolbar]


Create a new string value, or modify the existing value, named 'BackBitmapShell' and set the value to the location & filename of the bitmap file you want to use.

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Toolbar]
Value Name: BackBitmapShell
Data Type: REG_SZ (String Value)
