Google Chrome - Incognito mode (private browsing)




The incognito mode of Google Chrome allows you to browse the web, while protecting your privacy..
  • Pages viewed in Private mode won't appear in browsing history.
  • Cookies are cleared at the end of browsing session.


To enable the incognito mode of Google Chrome:
  • Press CTRL + SHIFT + N
  • Click on "Customize and control Google Chrome" > "New Incognito Window".


A new private browsing window will open. All tabs opened in this window will be opened in incognito mode and closing this window ends the private browsing session.
