How to open files and folders on every startup of WIndows Vista

I want to know if i can always select a folder or a file to be open at every startup of Windows Vista?
- Open a folder
- Click on Organize
- Click on Folder and Search options
- Go to "View" tab
- Select "Restore previous folder windows at logon
