How to open files and folders on every startup of WIndows Vista

I want to know if i can always select a folder or a file to be open at every startup of Windows Vista?
  • Open a folder
  • Click on Organize
  • Click on Folder and Search options
  • Go to "View" tab
  • Select "Restore previous folder windows at logon
