Xubuntu - Changing Desktop appearance(Nautilus)





When using explorer Nautilus (especially for Gnome) with Xubuntu, it is probable that when launching Nautilus, The desktop is no longer manage by XFCE, but with GNOME
  • The command --no-desktop of Nautilus enables you to preserve the desktop appearance of XFCE. *This will prevent Xubuntu from starting with Gnome.
  • It is recommended to start Nautilus using the command nautilus--no-desktop instead of Nautilus.
