Zooming in an Excel spreadsheet using your mouse scroll button

  • Did you know that Excel 2007 can zoom into an Excel spreadsheet using the middle mouse wheel? But first you need to activate the proper option.
  • All you have to do is:
  • Click on File > Options> Advanced"
  • In "Editing options" check "Zoom on roll IntelliMouse ".
  • Click on Ok to validate.
  • Now you can zoom in and out your Excel sheets , using the scroll button.

Note that: If you don't want to activate this feature the same result can be achieved by pressing the CTRL key and scrolling forward/backwards.
