Hard drive not detected

Hello,
I have two external hard drive in my desktop. Both used to hold the operating-system. But since some days ago a problem occurs in detecting one of the Hard drive (i.e. 1TB WD Blue PC Hard Drive) The HDD is not detected in Window 7 but it can be detected in BIOS when I go to Asus EZ Flash 2 utility and then to H61MLX3PR.CAP. So I tried to reinstall Window 7 in that drive but the drive is not shown during the installation process. How can it be fixed?
