I re-installed Acrobat DC on a user's machine yesterday after encountering error messages. It worked. Adobe then updated and the error messages returned. Every time the user tries to print inside IE it displays a dialog box that says "There is a problem with Adobe Acrobat/Reader. If it is running, please exit and try again (0:104). Restarting does not solve the issue.
This is happening on multiple machines in our environment so I suspect something has changed, but I can't seem to figure out what. I've looked at Windows and McAfee event logs with no luck determining a course of action.
