LG TV stuck on resetting

Hello,

Dear sir/madam, i need help. My friend's LG was connected to the internet but couldn't play anything (i.e. it will load a movie on Netflix till 99% and never play or it will load a video on YouTube endlessly).
I decided to reset the tv and since it has not stopped resetting.I tried to unplug and plug it back several times and it's been 5hours and still not stopped resetting. Please help me.
