Hello,

Ever since I installed the Windows 10 Anniversary upgrade, my file folders close when I double click on any file. The file opens, but my screen momentarily goes blank, the file opens, then the folder closes. I have tried every relevant command line prompt for trouble shooting and I have performed a fresh reinstall, yet the problem persists. Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
