Autopopulating course information for a Training Log [Closed]

I work in EMS and organize the training for everyone in our service. I'm working on a realistic way to track main categories and sub categories for each of our service members so that I know what they are needing to re-certify
As of right now, using this template I found online I can input the category and sub category, but ultimately I need to manually enter 50 courses for each of our 26 employees. I'm hoping there is some way that I can enter a course into the course list tab, and it auto populate for each of the employees under the training log.

I'm sorry if this has already been answered somewhere else, I was having difficulty figuring out how to apply other answers to my situation.

So I was able to paste link columns from the course list in order to generate it into the training log, however I still can't figure out how to list that information under each name I have listed


I've began playing around with VBA code that I'm finding online, but I can't get any of it to work. As of right now I'm just trying to figure out how to submit the data through a button click and have it appear on the second tab. Keep in mind, I'm still needing to figure out how to make the course populate for every employee.
