Acer Aspire E5-573 series wouldn't turn on but charges

I recently had a friend of mine cleaned my laptop's keyboard. I wouldn't say it was dropped or he took a part from it where I need to get such part replaced since everything was done in front of me. However, after putting everything back together and plugging it in to power up it doesn't go on. I've done the hard reset procedure and still nothing. That light indicates that it is charging but when I'm ready to power it up, it only gives a ticking sound at the hard drive.

Any suggestions?
