Motherboard beeps once

Hello,
So I just did a build.
These are my specs
MOBO AB350M-GAMING3
PSU Corsair TX550
GPU GEFORCE GTX 1060
RAM Ripjaws DDR4
It turns on and mobo beeps once..but when I remove the gpu and ram it doesnt do the beep codes recognizing that its missing..
also it wont connect to my monitor but it reads my hard drive and mouse and keyboard..
