Printer is offline

I have an HP Officejet Pro 8610 e‑All‑in‑One Printer. I have had it for almost 2 years. It works great. My only problem is here lately when I come to my office to print or scan something it is offline. I run the troubleshooter and it says printer is not powered ON. So I have to power cycle it and it works. Mind you, I can use HP ePrint App and it prints just fine and says it online and on the network. I'm so frustrated........HELP
